After a personal crisis in mid-2019, Thomas was rescued by his dreamworld. From the depths of despair it guided him—night by night—to a new way of being.
Working with soft pastels on black paper, Thomas began painting the most significant dreams. The result is a powerful visual diary: a gentle unearthing of old pain and trauma, and the emergence of love, trust, strength and wisdom.
Though deeply personal, many of the images, themes, and metaphors—along with the overarching journey of transformation—speak to universal human experience.
