Ways of Working
.
I am based in Chiang Mai and work with adults who are already engaged in some form of inner or embodied process, whether through therapy, contemplative practice, or personal inquiry. Sessions may involve TRE, dreamwork, or somatic listening, depending on what feels most supportive in the moment. I work in person and online.
One-to-one
TRE sessions
(Body-based work)
These sessions focus entirely on the body and the nervous system, using Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises to support regulation, release, and integration. The work is paced carefully and remains grounded in direct bodily experience.
Sessions may be largely non-verbal. There is no requirement to explain, analyse, or narrate experience. Attention is placed on sensations, impulses, and the body’s own timing.
Some people come specifically for this form of work, and remain with it over time. TRE on its own can be a complete and sufficient way of working.
Sessions last for up to 90 minutes.
Dreamwork and somatic listening
(For those already engaged in inner work)
I also work with dreams, approached experientially rather than symbolically.
Dreams are explored through felt sense, bodily response, and present-moment awareness, rather than interpretation or analysis. Attention is given to how dream images, figures, or movements are experienced in the body now.
This way of working is most suited to people who already have some familiarity with inner listening, somatic awareness, or contemplative practice, and who are interested in deepening their relationship to unconscious material as it emerges.
Sessions may involve little conversation, or may unfold slowly through sensation and imagery, depending on what is present.
Sessions last for 60 minutes.
Integrative sessions
(TRE, conversation, and embodied listening)
Some sessions naturally move between body-based work and quiet conversation.
These integrative sessions may begin with TRE, or with a dream, a bodily sensation, or something that does not yet have words. The emphasis is on listening and timing — allowing different layers of experience to come into view without forcing coherence or resolution.
Conversation, when it arises, is grounded in the felt sense rather than problem-solving or narrative explanation. The body remains the primary reference point.
This way of working suits people who want flexibility, and who are comfortable allowing sessions to unfold responsively rather than following a fixed structure.
Small groups
I occasionally offer small groups, including TRE-based groups and integrative spaces where bodily experience and dreams can be explored together. These groups emphasise safety, containment, and respect for individual timing, while allowing shared presence to support the process.
Some people come with a clear sense of what they are looking for. Others arrive without knowing exactly what they need. Both are welcome.
