About Thomas
.

.
I work with people who are drawn to listening more deeply to what is unfolding within them.
My background includes long-term contemplative practice, somatic approaches to trauma integration, and embodied dreamwork. For many years I lived a monastic life, which shaped my sensitivity to inner experience, silence, and the subtleties of attention. That period also left me with my own unfinished work, which I continue to engage with carefully and honestly.
I do not offer therapy or treatment. What I offer is a space for slowing down, listening, and orienting toward what is already present — often beginning with the body, and sometimes with dreams or quiet conversation.
My own process remains central to how I work. I take care not to ask of others what I am unwilling to meet in myself.
